Kearney Hub’s “Where’s Hubbie?” Contest

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. Open only to residents of the United States, except Florida, New York, Rhode Island, Washington and Puerto Rico. Any participant under the age of 18 you must have the consent of a parent or guardian to participate. Employees of the Kearney Hub and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) are not eligible.

HOW TO ENTER:

• (1) Look for Hubbie's daily quiz question in the Kearney Hub or at www.kearneyhub.com from Tuesday, July 1, 2008 through Tuesday, July 29, 2008.
• (2) Answer the multiple-choice question and enter your response on www.kearneyhub.com. Only one (1) entry per person per day is allowed.

Selection of Winners: Everyone who answers a question correctly is eligible to win a weekly prize. Every Tuesday four winners are randomly drawn from the previous week's correct entries. Winners are published every Wednesday in the Kearney Hub and on the Kearneyhub.com Hubbie web site. All weekly winners will receive their prize certificate in the mail by the following Wednesday. All correct entries are automatically entered in the random drawing for the grand prize of a 2009 Trek 820 bicycle.

The grand prize drawing will be held on or about August 5, 2008. Winners will be notified promptly after the drawing.

Miscellaneous: Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. The Kearney Hub sponsors this contest. The Kearney Hub reserves the right to suspend, cancel or withdraw the promotion at any time for any reason and award the prizes if feasible among the eligible entries received prior to the date of the suspension, withdrawal or cancellation of the promotion. The Kearney Hub may adjust the dates of the contest at its sole discretion. Entrants agree to and must abide by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the judges, whose decisions are final. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from this promotion. The Kearney Hub reserves the right to permanently disqualify from this promotion any person it believes has violated these rules.
